en la promoci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento de procesos asociativos y comunitarios, facilitando capacitaci\u00f3n y cr\u00e9ditos. La capacitaci\u00f3n se genera mediante el acompa\u00f1amiento de procesos de Diagn\u00f3sticos Rurales Participativos (DRP), estudios de factibilidad, planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y de inversiones, ejecuci\u00f3n de planes y auto- evaluaciones, todos con un enfoque participativo, con los grupos de mujeres y hombres. En el marco de este trabajo se mantienen los enfoques de g\u00e9nero y ecol\u00f3gico como ejes transversales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La experiencia Crediticia de CIEPO se basa en el manejo y operaci\u00f3n de su Fondo Rotatorio de Cr\u00e9ditos.
